On assignment for Caritas Flanders Isabelle Pateer photographed latest months in a wide range of (psyciatric) hospitals, nurseries, care centres for the disabled, refugee aid etc. The photographs will be used by Caritas Flanders to present their daily practices (5.10.2009).
